All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. It is our hope that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Damages: If your items arrive damaged, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any unused items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order delivery. The wax will melt at high temperatures so we will not exchange melted candles during the spring and summer months. Do not leave candles on the porch in the sun or in any high-temperature area.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches and are 100% natural. They may have minor variations batch to batch (i.e. slight changes in color).
Please note that THE HOPE DEALER is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or the like. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to THE HOPE DEALER, nor do we assume responsibility for packages once they are processed into the post office's portal.
