How can I track my order?
Soy wax has no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants which means it's less likely to triggers allergies. It also has no petrol-carbon soot like you would get from petroleum-based paraffin candles. Soy wax lasts longer and burns cooler which means that you can enjoy your soy wax candle for about 30-50% longer than a paraffin candle.
How can I track my order?
Once your candles have been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please email us at [email protected] if you do not receive your tracking information so that we can correct the issue.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. It is our hope that all of our customers are 100 satisfied with the product they have purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected]. Any return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
Candle Care Instructions
- The candle should not be burned for more than 4 hours at a time, or until the pool of melted wax covers the top of the candle entirely.
- Our 9oz candles burn for up to 60 hours.
- Be sure to trim your candles to 1/2 inch before lighting your candle. Trimming your wicks lengthens your candle's life.
- AT NO TIME should candles be left burning unattended!
